large double room, very light and spacious room on ground level, in a beautiful three bed home, the large 200ft garden backs onto the River Avon its a beautiful terraced home in a delightful neighbourhood, sandwiched between the River and the Canal, an excellent location for the university and the centre of Bath. There are three cats in the property who are adorable and much loved pets. This room has a cupboard attached which houses the boiler so occasional access will be required to adjust boiler settings and servicing. there is on street parking however a permit is required and its pretty tight as its a dead end street!
I am a easy going 44 yr old woman with grown up children whom have moved out, I have a little grandson who stays over night occasionally, I also own a horse so I'm out a lot. I work as a care support worker in the community. I am also teetotal so this is a sober household this property will not suit a party head, sorry! shared kitchen and bathroom with all the necessary white goods!
