Room for rent - 15 minutes to central Bath

Looking for a replacement tenant for my beautiful double room in a 4 bed house in Bath!
House includes a shared living room space, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, office space and on-street parking - with the center of Bath only a 15-20 minute walk away!

The room itself is has lots of space and light, and I’ll be leaving the furniture here besides the bed.

Current housemates are really relaxed and friendly, we are looking for someone who is also friendly but respects others within the property and respects the space :) (I. e relatively tidy and sociable hours!)

Official move swap is the 1st August, however willing to discuss flexibility. Female preferred as when I move out it will be two males (both in their late 20’s / 30’s) and one female (late 20’s). I have loved living here and am only moving out to live with my partner.

Rent is £600 INC bills and council tax (D) (wow!) and also includes kitty money towards household items and a monthly cleaner.
