Large double bedroom in 2 bed LGBTQ+ house in Bath

I’m looking for a housemate to join me and my big, fluffy and very friendly dog (Boomer) in our two bed house in Bath. The room is a large, light and airy double (photos don’t do it justice to be honest!). My name is Ceylan, and I’m a 28 year old non-binary human working as a support worker and author, but I am starting a degree in Occupational Therapy in the autumn. Boomer is a newfoundland dog so he is very big- so being an animal lover is a must! He is not good with cats but could live with another dog pending a successful meet- but permission for this will have to go through the landlord (as will reference checks etc. I’m not subletting). My interests include wild swimming and being in nature, going to drag or spoken poetry nights, cozy film nights and time with friends. I am friendly and chilled, but also understand the need for downtime as I am neurodiverse. This *I hope* makes me a very understanding person to live with.
The house is a level walk from town, as well as being just on the main bus route between the Royal United Hospital and the city centre (5 min bus drive to either), so well situated as it is away from the hustle and bustle on a cul-de-sac, near green spaces but still with easy commutes. The house has spacious living areas downstairs that I have furnished, a courtyard suntrap garden and a large bathroom. Accessibility-wise; there are two floors.
