Hi! We’re Ella and Emily and we’re looking for a female flatmate in their mid twenties-thirties to come and join us in our spacious three-bed flat on Newbridge Hill.

The room available is a gorgeous large ensuite, with a big bay window that overlooks our front garden and provides plenty of natural light. Although it comes unfurnished, there is lots of room for a double/king sized bed, desk and storage.

We are in a lovely first floor flat that includes a spacious shared living space and large kitchen area with dishwasher and washing machine. It is a 25 minute walk into the town centre or just a two minute walk from the nearest bus stop, and 15 minutes from Oldfield Park train station. There is one parking space available at the back of the property.

We love our flat and have really made it our home, so we're looking for someone who feels that's important too. We'd love to find someone who's clean, considerate and respectful of our shared spaces, and who enjoys being part of a friendly, sociable home. We often spend time together in the evenings, whether that's having a movie night, going for a walk or heading to our local pub for a casual drink, but we also value our own independence and personal space. We're hoping to find someone who enjoys that balance too.
