“The address of the property is 24 Grosvenor Place, Bath, BA1 6BA. There is non permit parking outside the property, and buses to the city centre. There are some great amenities including a Morrisons superstore, local shops and some takeaways .

The flat is a three bed flat, located on the top floor of the building. There are some great views of the hills! The flat itself is split over two floors. On the first floor is the kitchen, lounge and bathroom which are all shared. On this floor, are also the two bedrooms. One which is taken up by myself (Jany - a working professional) and the other is the vacant room which is £580 pcm. Then on the second floor is Matthew, who is also a working professional.

The person who takes up the furnished bedroom (double bed, large wardrobe etc.) will also have access to set up an office space in the lounge area. You will also have access to a large chest of drawers in the hallway.

The lounge comes with two sofas and a dining table, plus some storage space. The kitchen comes with a washing machine, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave as well as lots of cupboards / storage space. The bathroom (which has a shower) was recently refurbished end of 2024.

The room is £580 pcm. Other bills include council tax (around £60 per person pcm), water (£36.93), broadband (£9.90) and electricity (usually around £40 pcm). There is no gas in the property. Altogether, roughly the bills come to around £150 each pcm)

In the building aswell, cleaners come fortnightly to clean the communal areas. There is a mail room upon entrance to the building. The landlord is lovely, and very equipped with managing and following up enquiries.
