Double room available in central Bath – £750 + bills

I'm looking for someone to move into the spare room in my 2-bed flat.
The location is about as central as you can get in Bath, with Bath Spa station just a couple of minutes away and loads of restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes right on the doorstep.
It's a furnished double room in a really nice flat with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

A bit about me — I'm a doctor working in Bath, and outside of work I enjoy travelling, going out for food/drinks, getting outdoors and generally being sociable. I'm looking for someone who is friendly and sociable but also tidy, respectful and considerate.
