Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my flat in Camden, Bath as I’m leaving for a work opportunity this autumn. I’m looking for someone to fill my place for the year as I’d ideally like to move back in October 2027.
It is a lovely 2-bedroom flat on Camden, BA1 which has been furnished by me and Tanusha. I am happy to leave furniture there for the year, so the room will have a bed, side table, mirror, desk and wardrobe.
The flat is LGBTQIA+ friendly.
RENT: £1018 pppm (including household bills and council tax)
Deposit is a scheme where £28 is paid each month to the letting agent. This amount is non-refundable.
