Pretty, double en suite room with incredible view in very central location, just behind the Royal Crescent 8 minute walk from Walcott St, Gay St etc, 10 minutes central town and 20 minutes to Station. Good bus route. Great local shops and pubs. The room and en suite tower room occupy own top floor of a family home undergoing re-decoration and newly moved in. We are a professional couple with an 11 year old son. We would want a housemate who either wants to keep themselves to themselves or become part of the family or a bit of both! There is a garden with outdoor furniture and availing to ally for a parking permit.
