I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my booking for Room A-1-20 at Hollis Wharf, as I will no longer be attending university and therefore will not need the accommodation.

Hollis Wharf is located on Lower Bristol Road, Twerton, Bath, BA2 1FH. The tenancy is for the full 2026/27 academic year, from 12 September 2026 until 4 September 2027, at £295 per week.

Dates not quite right? If you expect to go home before the tenancy ends in September, I may be able to contribute towards part of the unused summer period. I am happy to discuss a fair arrangement with a serious replacement tenant.
