We are 2 girls going into our 3rd year of university and looking for a 3rd tenant in our 3 bedroom house. The ideal tenant is a female who is looking for a short-term contract (3 months or semester 1).

This property is located in Brougham Hayes, in an optimal location. It is minutes away from the U2 bus stop, close to PureGym, Sainsbury's and Oldfield Park train station, which is what initially attracted us to the property.

It is a newly refurbished, fully furnished property consisting of 3 double bedrooms (2 on the top floor and 1 on the bottom floor) and one bathroom. It has a private garden and has new appliances, including a TV. Bills are included in the rent (gas, water, TV licence and electricity).

Importantly, the lettings agents have been nothing but professional and accommodating to our needs.

The council tax band is C but as students there are exemptions.
