Hi! I’m a 25-year-old female who is currently working as an Assistant Psychologist in Bath. My flatmate is moving out at the start of next month, so I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over her room.

A little about me: I’m into the gym and living an active lifestyle, and I enjoy cooking healthy (but tasty!) meals. I like spending time with others, trying out new places to eat, and exploring Bath, but I also value downtime and a peaceful home. I don’t really drink or party much, and I like to keep the flat neat and respectful for each other and our neighbours. Ideally, I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset who appreciates both socialising and personal space.

About the room & flat:
• Small double room (fits a double bed and desk comfortably) (bedroom 2 on floor plan)
• Wardrobe is just outside the bedroom door to save space
• Flat came unfurnished, but we’ve furnished it ourselves
• My flatmate will be leaving her single bed frame, desk and bedside table
• Washing machine, electric shower, and induction hob oven in the kitchen
• Lovely listed building in a great location

Location:
• 5 minutes’ walk to the city centre
• 12-15 minutes’ walk to Bath Spa train station
• Part of a row of flats and houses with a mix of young and older working professionals, plus families

Rent & bills:
• WiFi included in rent
• Bills (water & electricity): ~£100 each/month (varies with season)
• Council tax (Band D – listed building): ~£97 each/month

Contract:
• Beginning 8th October 2026 (rent paid on 7th of each month)
• Rolling contract
• Deposit of £778.83 plus rent of £725 to be paid once checks are approved

What’s needed:
The agency requires the new tenant’s details by the 11th so you’d need to be able to pass the Right to Rent check. This means having either:
• A UK guarantor (they don’t accept non-UK guarantors), or
• A strong renting/financial history

I can’t risk the checks not going through, so please only get in touch if you’re confident you’ll pass.

If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you! Please send me a little bit about yourself and your situation.
