We have just bought our first home in Oldfield park and are looking to rent out our spare room for a short-medium term period.
We quite sociable but also love to watch TV in the evening. Ed is an amazing cook who is terrible at portion control so there will always be some dinner going. We have recently got Rhubarb our 4 month old puppy. She is mostly very chill but being a dog lover is key.
The room is semi-furnished and desk can be added. With a shared bathroom and kitchen. You are welcome to use all standard facilities.
All bills included.
We are a 10 min walk from Oldfield park train station and Moreland Road. And on the number 1 (to town) and 20 (to the RUH) bus routes.
