We have our guest room available in a Georgian house in Bath, on Northampton Street, BA1 2SW (between the Royal Crescent and St. James’ Square).
We are a family of three, including our three-year-old son.
All bills and Starlink internet are included.
Tenancy: A lodger’s agreement with a rolling break clause; start date: Sep 14th; end date: six months or as agreed.
We have no pets and don't want any. We have a nice city garden you can use.
There is an opportunity to get a parking permit (in Zone 7) for on-street parking from the Council at your own cost.
