Looking for young professional female flatmate

Hi! I am looking to team up with another young professional or post-grad (female) to rent a unit in the Signal Box Yard development on Lower Bristol Road starting w/c 26th Oct 2026.

There is currently a gorgeous, modern, 2-bed, 2-bathroom unit on the market for £2,125 pcm, making rent £1062.5 each. This cost includes wifi, a resident's gym, communal outdoor terrace, private dining room, screening room, and wellness studio. There is parking, bike storage, and the development is located very close to the city centre.

About me:
I am a 25 year old female working in the legal profession. I am moving to Bath w/c 26th October 2026 for work, so I'm really looking forward to exploring a new city. I'm a clean, tidy, and considerate person who values a comfortable home and a good balance between socialising and downtime :) I am very into my running, gym, and hiking, but also love reading (lots of books to share!), pub trips, and a movie night. I'll usually be back in London at least one weekend a month, so you'll occasionally have the place to yourself too.

I am not set on the signal box yard development and would be open to considering other modern built-for-renters developments like Spring Wharf or the Willows within a max budget of £1200pcm each.
