I'm looking for a young student or professional to rent a bright, modern room in my home.
The house is really close to the city centre, just a short 15/20-minute walk into the town centre along the scenic canal path, with lots of buses if you prefer public transport.
Otherwise, the wonderful community of Larkhall is very close by.
About the Room: The Space: A comfortable room featuring a small double bed that fits perfectly into a cosy alcove next to a small chest of drawers, with plenty of room for a desk setup.
Massive Storage: Exceptional, floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes spanning the entire length and side of the room.
About the Living Space: As you can see from the photos it is a lovely open plan kitchen and living space. In the front there is a cosy sitting room too.
About the Location: Town Centre: A beautiful, traffic-free 15-minute walk along the canal path. Larkhall: Just a 7-minute walk away, with a local butcher, grocer, deli, Co-op, Rondo Theatre, and some great cafes and pubs. Morrisons: A 10-minute walk through the field, by the river or by road.
Transport & Parking: Plenty of frequent buses nearby for easy access to town. Free on-street parking is readily available. There are also electric bikes and scooters nearby to rent.
About the House: Modern, bright, and peaceful with beautiful outdoor surroundings. The kitchen and living space look out upon stunning views out over Kensington Meadows. The house offers the best of both worlds - close to the city centre whilst being right next to the wonderful countryside with lovely walks along the river (perfect for a swim!) and a very pretty, sunny, garden.
About You: A friendly, respectful young professional or student who is a strict non-smoker and non-vaper. You value a clean and tidy living space ;-)
