This two storey house has three housemates at the moment and we are looking for two more. Two double bedrooms available - each furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk and chair.
One bedroom is on the first floor at the back of the house and is light and airy - this one a little more expensive.
One bedroom is on the ground floor at the front of the house and is a little cheaper.
Single occupants only - quiet respectful professionals preferred but quiet, sensible students considered - students will need a rent guarantor.
This is not a party house, it is really well looked after by the current housemates and everyone does their bit. New housemates need to join in with keeping the place clean and tidy.
There is a washing machine, two toilets (one on each floor) and a bathroom with shower and bath. Free parking on street (at the moment) and plenty of space available. The City Centre is well served by buses from the end of the road. Local amenities in walking distance.
All bills included in the rent.
Both rooms available immediately - first come first served, for the right housemate.
