The flat:

* Shared with one flatmate, who has the smaller room and uses the loft as his office
* One shared bathroom
* Top-floor flat in one of the best locations in Bath

Who we're after:

Someone with a full-time job (ideally) who's easy-going, clean and friendly. We like sport and a trip to the pub once or twice a week (sometimes three times!), so you don't need to be a big socialiser, but being up for the odd pint helps. Mostly we’re looking for someone chilled to live with.
