I'm moving away at the end of December, so I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a spacious, fully furnished two-bedroom flat in the centre of Bath.
The room comes with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The flat has two en-suite bedrooms, an additional third bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a spacious living room, and an extra small room that can be used as a study, storage space or for other purposes.
You'll be sharing with one other flatmate, a female professional who works as a lecturer at the University of Bath (as do I).
The room is available from 28 December, with some flexibility around the move-in date.
