Double Bedroom, 15Min Walk to Bath Bus Station

I have a room available in a 2 bedroom flat in a central location in Bath, my flatmate will be moving out so I am looking for someone to replace her. The room is a good size and comes partly furnished, as my flatmate was happy to leave her desk, a leather office chair, a chest of drawers and some shelves for £130. However, my landlord wanted to stress that the furniture is not his and would therefore become the responsibility of the new tenant. The room faces the courtyard so it is quiet even though the flat is quite central. The rest of the flat comes furnished and with basic appliances in the kitchen (toaster, microwave, oven and hob, fridge, freezer) and sofa, table and chairs in the living room. The most ideal for me would be for the tenancy to officially start on the 31st December/1st January (due to bills contracts etc.).

The rent is 700 + bills for around 950 total per month (including council tax band C).

The flat is owned by a private landlord who will want to do some basic checks on any new tenant.

I myself am looking for someone who is willing to take up their fair share of cleaning etc. and is respectful in their usage of common areas. I don't mind if people prefer to keep to themselves or like to have friendly chats and will happily adjust to either. Female flatmates preferred. Also happy to answer any questions about myself or the place etc.

I am looking for someone who wants to settle here for a longer term stay (ideally at least 12 months).

Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for students, couples or children. Charlotte Street Car Park is nearby and the parking is free on-street from 7PM to 8AM.
