Bedroom for offer in 5 Bed Student House: Bath

Hi there,

I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my bedroom in my tenancy from January to July 2027 (the end) on Alexandra Road in Bath. I will be moving out in early-December, as I am leaving my course.

It is a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, currently with 4 other males, all from the Uni of Bath, between the ages of 20-22 years old, with one studying a master's, and the rest in the final years of undergraduate courses.

Info about the house:

- Rent is £700 pcm w/o bills, with bills it has come to £740-760 pcm.

- The location is superb, right near the city centre on the hill climb up to the Alexandra Park lookout in Widcombe, and also a 3 min walk from the train station.

- A bus stop 2 minutes away, taking you to both universities, and once again, the house is right near the city centre.

- Has a washing machine, tumble dryer, garage if you have a bike, and also a garden terrace with an amazing skyline view of Bath city.
