A very nice sized room located close to the shops at Bear Flat - on a bus route, with easy on street parking and within a 5 minute walk down hill to the station, I have two rooms available in this shared house. The rooms are large by any standards and are nicely decorated, light and airy.

The two existing tenants are quiet and friendly - two females and we need one more person to join this relaxed and chilled household.

There is a really nice and very large communal kitchen / living room so you are not hemmed in your bedroom. This has Sky broadband, Sky + with Flat screen TV and a great view down the Wellsway. The house has Gas CH, 2 fridges, washing machine, small garden, on street parking, a store room (ideal for bikes and other stuff)

The room 1st July for immediate occupation and we want to find ice quiet professional people, preferably working, to move in.
