The house is very clean and modern throughout, there is no dampness or mould. It is double glazed, has newly fitted gas central heating (very cost-efficient, temp. control). The carpets have just been changed. The recently installed bathroom is large with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. There is a good size garden on the back of the house, great for barbecues and sunbathing. The kitchen is fitted with a modern electric oven, a washing machine, two fridge-freezers (you would get 1 all to yourself), microwave, electric kettle, toaster etc. Plenty of storage space throughout the house. SKY HD TV, and broadband (incl wi-fi).

We are a young, easy-going couple (twenties) who are looking for another couple to share this lovely house with. We are friendly, and respectful of others’ space. We are non-smokers and are looking for non-smokers only. We have an active lifestyle and both work full time.

We have two bedrooms in the house, and we want to rent out the bigger one with the huge built-in wardrobe. Apart from the wardrobe there is a double bed complete with a mattress, bedsheets etc. , and a table and two chairs. The house is fully equipped/furnished down to the cutlery and towels. All bills included. Also included in rent are housekeeping goods such as kitchen and bathroom chemicals, toilet paper, bin bags etc.
