double bedroom with en-suite and side study/entrance room is available in our basement conversion / garden apartment. This room benefits from an additional study room or storage room with cupboard and desk if you would like one.

Shared kitchen/dining room, lounge, garden available, with all mod cons.

Looking for a professional, friendly, tidy and reliable flat mate for a long term let.

One month deposit and first month payment required upfront.

Double bed supplied, with mattress only. Bedside cabinet, Mirrored cupboard, and draws unit also supplied.

This room is opposite the Royal United Hospital and ideal for a doctor or nurse. There is a parking space in the front drive andr bus stop just outside which come every 10 minutes to take you into the city. Alternatively it's a 25 minute walk into town.
