This is a cosy room for a busy and quiet lodger in a quiet family home. The house is a DIY work in progress due to some negligent building work on site next door. However, site is currently closed down and there’s no building work over the weekend. 🌺

For just over £23 per day, all inclusive, there is a room for a clean and tidy person who enjoys quiet and peaceful living. This is a comfortable single occupancy, double room for a busy professional or student wanting a room to stay close to city centre.
I am friendly and helpful but very quiet at home and busy most of the time. I work in the mental health sectors and need quiet decompression time at home. This room is for a mutually quiet person and not for someone wanting social living at home. This has worked very well with like minded lodgers who want to live in a quiet house after a busy day and want to keep themselves. Most of my lodgers stayed long term and enjoyed an introverted lifestyle.

The room facilities include a double bed with large drawer and a chest of drawers, I supply all bedding and towels if needed and all household products like toilet roll, cleaning products etc. There may even be the odd meal thrown in. I can also do your laundry if it helps. But there is a washing machine available.
There is a wardrobe and hospitality area including your own KETTLE, FRIDGE and even a MICROWAVE if you’d like your own space. This includes usual kitchen use for light cooking too.
This room is all inclusive and includes all bills such as council tax, fast broadband and energy bills. The family room is not shared with lodgers but there is a shared front room next to lodger room if wanting a change of scenery.
My home is on the East side of Bath and a 15 stroll to the town centre. There are local shops and a supermarket very close by, as well as public transport.
So....If you are a nice person :) clean, take pride in your room, and a quiet soul like us; and want a peaceful base to rest your head after a days work, then this room could be ideal for you.
