The bedroom will be coming available from the 1st August 2026, in a high standard, non-smoking, fully certified shared house on the edge of Oldfield Park, near Sainsbury’s. All bedrooms are fully furnished, including double beds, wardrobes, drawers, desks, etc. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate living room with two large sofas and a TV, etc. The house also has two bathrooms and a laundry area.

The location is great for both town and university. The university buses stop at the end of the road and there is just a five minute walk to Sainsbury’s and a ten minute walk into town. The amenities of Moorland Road are only two mins walk and the Oldfield Park train stop is nearby. There is also permit parking available on street.

The housemates keep the property clean and tidy with young professionals, postgraduates or research assistants generally preferred. Everyone is friendly and considerate enjoying a few shared interests such as cooking, watching films and getting outdoors. Happy to cook or bake things together as well as chatting over a drink. The utility bills are divided up between the housemates working out very economical, the council tax is Band C. The contract period can be adjusted to suit individual requirements.
