Fun housemate wanted for large double room

Hey there,

We are James Katie and Freddie and looking to rent out a large double room in our family home in Bath. The room overlooks the garden and offers plenty of space and natural light.

We’re a sociable, fun household — the kind of people who install a dedicated champagne sink because… why not? It probably tells you everything you need to know about us. We’re ideally looking for a professional or student who is friendly, easy‑going, and happy to fit into an active, relaxed home.

Freddie’s 13— genuinely great kid, plays padel tennis for GB U14s, so evenings and weekends often involve travelling around the country for tournaments.

We’re not wild party‑goers anymore, but we do love hosting friends for BBQs, gin and tonics, a glass of white wine, and good conversation.

The house is a 35 minute walk / 10‑minute cycle to Bath city centre. There is Excellent bus links to the city and Bath Uni and it’s a flat route to the University (ideal for students. We have off street parking a large garden, astro area, BBQ space, Table tennis, Nintendo Switch, Netflix.

It’s also a 5 minute walk to beautiful countryside for running and walking.
