Nice & Cosy double room in Central Bath😀

Sunny morning to wake up to!

This is a lovely sunny and cosy room which is furnished to a high standard, and the house is in a quiet cui-de-sac with residents parking, just a short walk into the centre of Bath, and close to Morrison's Supermarket which is ideal for shopping after work.

All bills are included in the monthly rent, including Council Tax.

The room has a double bed, walk in wardrobe, swivel chair, writing desk with fitted carpet etc, and the house has two bathrooms and double glazed windows, broadband etc.

I am looking for a nice lodger that would like to live in a home and not a bedsit, and it is always clean and tidy.

I know how important it is for you to have your own space, and to have a happy stay, and I have had lodgers from France, Thailand, Japan, UK etc before.

You will also have your own fridge freezer in the kitchen as shown in the photo, which iis needed in this warm weather. 😀
