Nice & Cosy, Quiet room in Central Bath!

Sunny morning to wake up to!

This is a lovely sunny room (available from 31st January or a month later from 28th February onwards) which is warm and cosy room, furnished to a high standard, in a quiet cui-de-sac with residents parking which is available, and a short walk into the centre of Bath, and close to Morrison's Supermarket, and ideal for shopping after work.

With double bed, walk in wardrobe, swivel chair, writing desk with fitted carpet etc, and the house has two bathrooms and double glazed windows, super fast broadband etc and all bills included council tax are included in the monthly rent, and is one of the closes to the centre of Bath at this price.

I am looking for a nice lodger that would like to live in a home and not a bedsit, and it is always clean and tidy, and the garden looks great in the summer as shown.

I am easy going, considerate, and I get on well with people, and I know how important it is for you to have your own space, and to have a happy stay, which my lodger has had and is now leaving after 2 and half years to go to her own place, and you are welcome to chat to her and the other professional lodger, and I have had others to stay before from France, Thailand, UK etc.

You will also have your own fridge freezer in the kitchen as shown in the photo!
