Room available near the beach in Berrow🍂

I’m a 26 yr old female living with her dog who has been thinking about a room mate for a while! Sometimes I’m not at home/ on worktrips and I have lots of rooms spare so it would be nice to have the company and also a pair of eyes on the house and someone to potentially water the plants in summer. My bedroom has the en-suite but the bathroom next door to the rental room would essentially turn into your bathroom as I never use it. I also have a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is a shared space however the lounge would be private but if I’m away that is completely available to use! I have a large driveway so off street parking is available. I also have a double garage so any additional storage needs can be discussed. As you can clearly see by the room I’m looking for a female😭 It does come fully furnished with the pictures and frames, any additional furniture can be added at your expense but there should be plenty there. The room is large enough for a wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and double bed. You can also put a TV in there :) I am looking for a bit more company and peace of mind around the house but also someone who like me needs their own space which would be fully respected.
