The communal living area has a smart t. v. sofas and a separate dining area. The kitchen has all new mod cons including washing/dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave etc.

This leads out onto the larger than average garden where you can sit and chill. A seating and dining area on the patio. There is a shed if you need to store bicyles etc.

The communal areas will be bi weekly.

There is a Morrisons Daily 1 minute away, various takeaways close by and to walk into town takes 10-15minutes.
