The house is located in the modern estate Wilstock Village, located within a five minute drive to M5 J24, HPC Park & Ride and 15 minute walk to town centre. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe.
There is a large open plan kitchen - diner which you will share with me. There is plenty of space in the kitchen with American style fridge freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher. The house is bright and with good light.
