I have a double room available to rent immediately in my quiet house on the Bower Estate.
I am an ICU nurse and work shifts, so may be out of the house a lot of the time at work or at the gym. I would love to welcome anyone considerate and tidy to apply. There is another spare room for any guests you may wish to have over and a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, with all bills included. The cost includes a designated parking space and some space within the garage for storage if needed. I am really relaxed and appreciate the need for people to have their own space, so happy for a lodger to make themselves at home.
