Beautiful Double Room Available in Bristol

We have available a double room which looks across stunning views of the countryside (The Mendip Hills and Bristol Channel). It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a large dressing table which can also be used as a desk. It also has it's own wash basin. There is ample space for storage in the garages if you need to store additional items that are heavy/bulky. The bedroom has it's own lock for your privacy.

There is 1 shared bathroom across the landing, 1 shared shower room, as well as an additional toilet in the downstairs area. Kitchen is fully equipped- oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, extra freezer space in the garage, dishwasher, washing machine.

Other areas of the house include the lounge and an open conservatory. The garden is very big and private. Lots of space for relaxing! We also have stables available. The house itself is detached, and has it's own land.

You would have access to all shared areas of the house.

We are located near Bristol Airport. It is ESSENTIAL that you have a vehicle as there is no public transport nearby. There is ample parking on the property (between 10-12 cars).. Bristol city centre is around 25 minute drive. There are many beautiful towns nearby within a 15 minute drive- Cleeve, Cleavedon, Backwell, Nailsea. Local village (Redhill) is a 5 minute drive away.

Current household is 1 female lodger (Ash) who works from home and enjoys fitness, cooking & watching horror and comedy movies. , Live in landlord Alan is retired but is very active and enjoys gardening and socialising. We have a very friendly Border Collie Freddie who loves attention. You must be okay living with pets.

The rent of £650 includes all bills and parking. Weekly cleaning of your room is also included in the price.
