Cosy Double Room in Clutton, UK

Hey, I’m Toyah - I’m a single, young woman and I’m looking to rent out my spare double room.

My home is in Clutton, a Somerset village just outside of Bristol. The house is detached and parking is available (there are bays in front of the house and also one space on the driveway for you). You’ll have access to the majority of the house (aside from my own room of course ha!). There’s a garden, living area, open kitchen with a small dining space, and a shared bathroom. There’s also a small bathroom downstairs.

The area is quiet and the local pub is within walking distance.

My house also comes with Coco the dachshund, Loki the gecko and Sahara the chameleon - don’t worry, the reptiles stay in their tanks! Coco is well trained and would love a bit of fuss from you, but no pressure either way.

I’m pretty easy-going - all I ask is that you respect the space, clean up after yourself, and keep the noise level reasonable. Guests allowed with some notice.
