We are proud to offer this delightful fully furnished and self-contained studio apartment just a few yards from the seafront in Burnham-on-Sea.

This non-smoking Studio is for 1 person only, over the age of 30.

Enter via your own front door to the lounge/bedroom with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, dining table, two bedside tables and wall mounted electric heater.

The immaculate, comfy double bed comes complete with a mattress protector, a luxurious mattress topper and a cosy duvet. We supply four pillows and protectors too. You only need your own duvet cover, a double sheet and pillow cases.

A 50" Smart TV and free Gig Speed Wi-Fi are provided.

The kitchenette has a sink, under counter fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a two-ring plug in hob. Crockery, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided too.

The modern, clean ensuite gives you space to put your things out and leave them where you need them - there's even a heated towel rail and an led mirror above the large bathroom sink. Just bring your towels and loo roll.

This Studio is located on the first floor and accessed via external steps and a communal corridor with CCTV and a linked fire alarm system.

There is a communal washing machine and a dryer for your use which operates on a coin meter set at cost price.

A hoover, iron and board are available for your use.

Rent is £775 per month (£179/week) payable monthly in advance (by bank transfer only).

There is a Security Deposit of £775.

There is a £150 Holding Deposit which will be returned if we do not continue with your application.

It is essential that you are 100% honest during the application and referencing process (at our cost) as you risk losing your holding deposit if things like CCJs or other negative material issues are discovered.

There is no parking at the property but adjacent to the property it is free to park overnight and on Sundays.

The Esplanade is 50 metres away and is free 24/7 during the winter months (October to March).

Seafront parking is free to park between 6pm and 8am during the summer.

Several nearby residential streets have free parking, including our street which is a 5 minute walk away.
