We have a number of double rooms available to rent in our shared houses in Chard. Just a short walk from, Numatic, Tesco and the shops and bars of Chard High Street.

The house is shared with with a mixture of sex's, all working. The rooms come fully furnished and rent includes all bills, council tax, Gas, Electric, water, WiFi and a regular cleaner

House has 1 shared kitchen, 2 x shared bathrooms and 2 shared toilets.

Rooms start from £130 pw all inclusive.

The room price will be dependant on the size, ensuite and number of people, as we have a few that are double rooms ( two occupants)

Deposit of £400 is required. All applicants must be able to provide references and proof of income.
