Plenty of lit parking in large drive, outside seating area.
Own front door. It has lodgers kitchen and lounge. Accommodation about 2 miles out of Chard and 4 from Axminster.
Would prefer to stick with age range given for compatibility. The person in the other room is an engineer and is a tidy and social person. We live in main house and have been renting for many years and are very actively retired.
This room may have some internet coverage.
