Room available in beautiful victorian house

Our home is a beautiful victorian stone detached house in the centre of Cheddar, whilst being tucked away in a quiet spot with lovely gardens.
We're offering one en-suite room, along with shared access to kitchen and other areas of house. You'll have access to our gardens and a parking space. The house is tucked away, though in a great central location allowing access to supermarket, pubs and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Additionally, there is a great leisure centre with gym, swimming pool, etc, again within a 10 minute walk. We can be walking up onto the Mendip hills in 10 minutes as well.

We share our kitchen and our kitchen equipment, making fridge and cupboard space available.

My wife and I retired early, are very active and have so far spent lots of time travelling. So we may be away for extended periods from time to time. but when we're at home we will tend to be around the house a lot of the time. The house is big enough so plenty of room for us all without being on top of each other.
We are looking for someone who will be respectful of our home and help to keep the house clean and tidy.

Bills/broadband are included, assuming normal use.
