Our home is a beautiful victorian stone detached house in the centre of Cheddar, whilst being tucked away in a quiet spot with lovely gardens.
We have retired early and are spending time travelling, meaning only our 20yo son will be in the house during those periods.
We're offering one en-suite room and one with a shared bathroom, along with shared access to kitchen, lounge, etc. You'll have access to our gardens, extensive parking and be in walking distance of everything in Cheddar, the Mendips and the array of outdoors activities locally.
We do want tenants who will take a share of housework, to keep the house clean and tidy. Bonus points to anyone willing to do some gardening while we're travelling!
