Next to University of Bath!

My house is right next-door to the University of Bath! For students or professionals.

The very big bedroom 1 has its own private en suite bathroom, balcony & executive desk, ideal for a couple or single. The other rooms are for single tenants but with double beds.

I am Richard Fisher, the landlord of the property, so that students deal directly with me, meaning there are no fees involved. How close is Fieldgate House to the University of Bath? Well, it's literally next door to the university! Just a 2 minute walk to go to your classes, NO having to get up early and walk in the cold and the wind and the rain and snow to the bus stop, NO having to wait in the cold and the wind and the rain and snow until the bus arrives, brrrrr! And at the end of your studies each day, you will be back home in 2 minutes, instead of having to wait for another cold bus-ride again.

As Fieldgate House is a very special place to live, with all the advantages of the wide-open spaces, large bedrooms, living areas, hot tub(extra), games room, no bills and all services, together with being right next door to the university, I have no problem finding tenants, so please study the 3D version of the house, as you will be viewing it there almost as well as you would in real life. So it should be easy for you to make a decision about moving there.

There is also a games barn, with full-size table tennis, a pool table, a rowing machine and sofa, that you are welcome to use.

You can see that there are no fees to pay, and no bills to pay.
You simply pay the deposit and the first month's rent, (or the whole year if you don't have a guarantor) and you can just move in.
I am responsible for paying all the bills for electricity, gas, water, wifi, tv etc.
