Beautiful light and spacious large bedroom with sea views over the Bristol Channel to Wales. Shower ensuite. Private stairs go down to a cosy office kitchenette space with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, but you are also welcome to use the communal space on the ground floor for more kitchen appliances. There are two lounges, one with cinema set up and a gorgeous large garden.

The location is fabulous, only 100 m from Clevedon lake and 5 minutes from the M5 with easy links into Bristol.

There is a two car driveway that can be used alongside the landlady, if the car is rather small. If not there is ample parking on the street.

I have a work space in the garden where I work 3 days per week as a therapist, and also generally am away for about 1 week a month so you will have the whole house to yourself, however I am in the process of buying a cat so I may ask you to feed it whilst I'm away if you are available!

I am a relaxed kind person who generally likes socialising with friends, swimming in the lake, going to the gym and watching films on my new projector! I also love my own quiet space and more of a morning person than a night owl. I am a vegetarian but relaxed about others eating habits.

I am looking for a person who is content, considerate and tidy.
