Double room in 2 bed house

Hi,

I have a double room to rent in Mulberry Park, Combe Down. The room has access to a south facing balcony. Although the room does not have an ensuite, there are two shower rooms in the house, so you can have sole use of one of the showers.
This is my home and it is fully furnished. I have a fully stocked kitchen.
Combe Down is a great place to base yourself to be close to central Bath. There's a bus into the centre from the top of the estate every half hour which gets you into town within 15mins, or you can walk into the centre within 30mins.

The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and bedside tables, chest of drawers and sole use of a wardrobe just outside bedroom door.

A bit about me- I work a hybrid model of 3 days working from home for a company in Bristol. I moved to Bath in February 2023 for the slower paced life. I really enjoy exploring Bath, Bristol and the countryside. I am homely and enjoy nights in in front of the TV if I'm not out and about. I do have a partner and spend some nights of the week at their house, and vice versa.

I am a rugby fan, and if I'm not at the games in Bath, I do enjoy watching matches on TV, too. I like to potter about the kitchen cooking in the evenings/batch cooking at weekends.

I'm looking for a housemate who appreciates a homely environment, who has their own life, but would equally enjoy chats around the house.


Ideally someone who isn't working from home 5 days per week so that we have our own space too.

I'd like to think I'm an easygoing and relaxed person to live with, so if the above sounds appealing, please do get in touch.
