One month in Bath - low rent with dog care duties

The room

I am away for one month and need someone who is happy to look after my dog in return for a low rent (all bills included). The dog is a very friendly, five year old mini labradoodle, who is easy going and enjoys people. She is used to having an hour's walk in the morning and again in the evening, so you would need to be happy to do that with her. You would be sharing with my existing lodger, who is an academic from Sri Lanka. His room is downstairs with use of its own bathroom. Your room would be upstairs with use of a different bathroom. It has a bed, large wardrobe, shelves and a work table. You would share kitchen and living room. Dates can be a bit flexible as I haven't booked flights yet. If you need to stay for a slightly shorter or longer time that also might be manageable. The house is comfortable and spacious, in the middle of Combe Down village, on a bus route with buses running into the centre of Bath every twenty minutes. It is also a flat journey to the University (approx 30 minutes walk through the woods).
