Double bedroom with shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The bedroom is a large double. It has single adjustable bed, 10 drawer Chester drawers, wardrobe, bedside drawers and a chair. There is allocated parking space in the car park. Local EV charging point less than 100 meters away. The flat is at back of the block next to the backdoor.

The flat is fully adapted for wheelchair users includes the bathroom has a walk-in shower with seat. Kitchen is also fully adapted with sections that can be lowered.

Regular bus service runs every 11 minutes week days, different times in the evenings and weekends just 70 meters away.

I have fast broadband connection should be 900mb but get around 650mb. I have Sky TV if you want multi room there would be a small charge. I have a garden which I’m trying to slowly build it up so that I can grow my own fruit and veggies.

I have a cat and dog they are friendly. The cat is called Kaspar and the dog is called Ciara (Kyra) she a small Labrador. She is my assistance dog as I’m disabled. I’m planning to get another dog as I need new larger assistance dog as needs have changed. I’m not planning to get it sometime in early to mid year.
