I have a student from 3 week in Sept already. I am away for the week 5 - 11th May, but back after then.

Nice quiet double room, with garden 30 mins walk to uni on the flat. Or I have a bike you can use.
The house is nice, clean and friendly .

I have had many students and others and it has always gone very well.
Just had a nice Italian student for 6 months, then Taiwanese 6 months, then Nepalese 9 months, all enjoyed it. latest, from Kazakstan
You are 15 minutes bike on flat from the Uni. There is a spare bike for those who want to cycle to the university.
Frequent buses to town and uni
30 minute walk into Widcombe
I cycle up the hill.
Nice little shop 5 minute walk away.

There is a parking place , and there is quiet on street parking 4 mins walk away.
I'm a retired professional engineer and my hobby is mending clocks.
The rent quoted covers everything, all in for one person.
I have a cat.
You have got the run of the house and it is well equipped with all sorts of tools and gadgets if you need them.
I prefer having students.
