Double room w own bathroom and dressing room/study

Smithy End

Smithy End has its own front door leading into a sitting room with TV/Netflix etc and small kitchen/utility for the use of landlord and housemate.
Upstairs is entirely for the housemate - double bedroom, large landing/study/dressing room and bathroom with bath and shower.
I live in the other part of the house - there is an interconnecting door - which is private. I have my own sitting room and kitchen so Smithy End’s are really free for the housemate - I would just need access to utility.
I am looking for someone relatively quiet.
I work from home so am often around.
There are two small garden areas, one quite private, and a parking space on the drive. I have a garage for storage.
I have stated that maximum rental is 6 months. This is negotiable.
The cost covers all bills. It would suit a single or a couple. The bedroom is not very big and ceilings are quite low so may not suit someone very tall!
