Self contained (almost!) renovated flat

I have an almost self contained flat for rent in the top floor of my former farmhouse. It is recently renovated and the top floor consists of your own large double bedroom, bathroom (with powerful shower over a bath) and living room with a well kitted out kitchenette (double induction hob, full size electric fan oven with grill, small dishwasher, sink, fridge with icebox, storage space). There are the most fabulous views, and you are welcome to share and make use of the acre of garden. The access is up through my house, and the only thing I have up there is my airing cupboard, so the top floor is essentially your own.

All bills are included (water, electric, council tax, oil, Broadband). We have reasonable speed fibre broadband.

About us - my partner and I live here (Although he is often away working as a ski guide in France) and my 18 year old son also lives here part of the time. When he isn’t at college. We are pretty relaxed quiet people (no wild parties or drum kits!), and just looking for someone similar who we can get along with.

This is ideal for a single person looking for their own space, but with the benefit of us in the house to have a chat with/the odd glass of wine/pizza night. There is one carparking space (no public transport of any use to the village so please don’t consider unless you have your own transport!). You would also have use of my washing machine.

Happy to be flexible over the length of let as we know a lot of people just might not know if they are looking for a new property as relocating, or on a temporary contract for work. Can also provide plates/kitchen stuff etc if needed.

Priority will be given to someone we really like and think we can get along with rather than first come first serve!
