I am looking for a working Professional NON SMOKER who goes out to work during the day time/ working hours.

The Rent of £550 per month, that works out at £18.09p per day. This includes: Council tax, Electric, Oil Central heating, a cleaner for your room and all the communal areas, Building insurance, WiFi, Garden maintenance, and upkeep on this lovely house.

Located in South Somerset on the West Dorset border and close to East Devon. We are 3 miles from Crewkerne town centre with rail links to London and Exeter. 7 miles from Chard & 12 miles from Yeovil, 10 miles from Bridport,12 miles from Lyme Regis, 23 miles from Taunton and 23 miles from Dorchester. Ideal for commuting

All you need to do it take out your own insurance for your personal property, bring your own bedding for a king size bed and your food.

Everything else is included. This provides excellent value for money compared to renting a flat or house of your own.

The previous lodger only moved because she moved in with her partner.

Early viewing is recommended as this is a popular house to live in.

The house was fully renovated to a high standard in 2015, and has been fully inspected and registered with SSDC as an HMO. This house has a fire alarm system.

This large bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, bedside table and wardrobe, dressing table and an easy chair. You do not need to bring any furniture, apart from your own TV, and your bedding for a king side bed.

A cleaner is employed for 6 hours per week to clean the bedrooms, bathrooms and the rest of the house.

The house has full WiFi internet and each bedroom has its own TV point.

The house currently has 3 lodgers and me. We are a very friendly and sociable household and as the landlord, I live on site as well.

All lodgers share a fully fitted kitchen with granite work top and patio doors to the south facing lawn. Kitchen table seats 8.

There is a fully equipped Laundry room with a Bosch washing machine. Naturally an iron and ironing board are there too. There is a tumble dryer, but for only very limited use.

Shared use of the formal dining room. The sitting room is available for all to use and is a twin aspect room with 2 sofas and armchairs.

There is a Billiard room / library with the 9 foot refurbished 1880 table for that game of snooker or billiards while looking out the patio doors to the grass tennis court, or a quiet room for some reading.

Outside there is plenty of off road private parking on a surfaced driveway.

In addition to the South facing garden, grass tennis court and West facing courtyard, there are 20 acres of open fields that front onto the River Axe to walk and relax, and trout fish if you obtain the correct licence.

I am looking for a non smoking, working professional individual to share and enjoy this wonderful house with me and my current lodgers. Ideally you will enjoy socialising with others or if you want, you can retire to your comfortable room for more privacy.
