We are a fun, relaxed household looking for a tenant for our, furnished bedroom.

Situated next door to a large bathroom with bath and shower.

The house is a well-maintained converted barn situated in the quiet village of Draycott with a large garden and beautiful views of the surrounding area.

Plenty of off-road parking and a barn to store outdoor gear. Full obvious amenities are available (wifi, Freeview TV, washing machine and tumble dryer etc) but the best thing about this house is its location! If you love the outdoors, this a great option for you. The village backs on to the Mendip Hills, famous for their caves and great for walking and cycling, and famous local landmarks Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves and Glastonbury Tor are only 15-minute drive away. More urban convenience can be easily accessed. Cheddar and the nearby historic city of Wells both have gyms and supermarkets while Bristol itself, famed for its culture and nightlife, is only a 40-minute drive away. Bristol airport 25 mins away.

We're ideally looking for a female, non-smoker to join the house.
We LOVE being here, living and socialising together. Expect lots of fun, brunching and cider drinking!
