• The room available – double room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
• There is an office room should the lodger wish to use this.
• Shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower

• Parking
• Garden
• There is a cleaner twice a week for communal rooms. The cleaner also does the shopping.
• There are no pets at the home – it is preferable that the lodger does not have any pets.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired lady is looking for a lodger over 25 years that can assist 10-15 hours a week with company, some meal preparation 3 times a week, shopping and adhoc errands. This will suit someone working from home or someone working from their office. The retired lady has interests in drama, sports and informative TV. She used to work in the health sector.
