The house is split to one (left) side, where my mother (landlady) has her 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
And on the other (right) side will be 2 other bedrooms (one spare and your master bedroom) and then finally, stairs to the loft for mine and my partners bedroom.

In total, there are 2 spare bedrooms for grandchildren. Grandchildren tend to stay every other weekend.

We have 2 dogs, one french bulldog and one Yorkshire terrier X. Very friendly, easy to get on with, clean and tidy.

We have a cleaner that comes into the house when needed. They only clean the main parts of the house, not your room. No one will have access into your room, only yourself.

We are family house. Previous tenants have always been welcomed to the family and have taken part in BBQs, meals, Xmas etc. We like you to be part of the home life and feel relaxed within your surroundings. The kitchen is next to an open plan seating area is yours to enjoy. 2 double sofas and 50inch TV to use again with Roku access to netflix and nowTV.
