Suit single professional female who is clean, tidy and chilled.

Owner is outdoorsy, adventurous female who is extremely busy and you will have the house to yourself a lot of the time.
Off road parking - own vehicle necessary due to village location. Public transport is very poor here so I’d say a car is essential.
Co op, chip shop, pharmacy and GP surgery all walking distance. Shepton Mallet is nearest town 3 miles away.
No pets, children or couples/partners.
Female only please.
Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge and garden. All bills and internet included. Water meter installed.
Gardening fees included.
At least 2 references (landlord/lady and/or work references) and deposit required.
No working from home as the owner likes to enjoy the house on the rare occasions she’s home!
